Shipping & Delivery: This is a home based business, and as such the proprieters have other day jobs. We usually engrave on Friday night and ship on Saturday, and we will do our best to get your items custom engraved and shipped on schedule.
Privacy & Security: We will not knowingly sell, rent, or otherwise divulge your information to any other entity.
Returns & Replacements: We will gladly accept returns on any item that was either damaged in shipping or else materially different from what was ordered.
Ordering: For any custom orders for items not typically stocked, please contact us through the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Payment is via Paypal.
Viewing Orders: If your mailing address is listed in paypal, you will receive a tracking number when your item ships. Unfortunately if you do not have an address listed, paypal does not allow us to ship via paypal shipping.
